Terms of Use

The app

DIGITS Bridge is an independent companion for an active T-Mobile DIGITS line. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by T-Mobile. The app uses a private, unsupported DIGITS interface that may change or stop working without notice. You remain responsible for your T-Mobile account, service plan, carrier charges, and compliance with T-Mobile's terms.

Authorized use

You may use DIGITS Bridge only with accounts, lines, contacts, devices, and content you are authorized to access. You may not use it for unlawful calling or messaging, harassment, fraud, spam, bulk dialing, caller-ID manipulation, unauthorized surveillance, or infringement of another person's rights.

Calls, AI, recording, and fax

You are responsible for how you use calling, assistant, transcription, recording, forwarding, messaging, and fax features. Laws about consent, disclosure, automated calls, recording, transcription, and faxing vary by location and recipient. Obtain all required consent and provide any required disclosure before using these features.

Assistant output can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Review sensitive instructions and do not rely on the assistant for medical, legal, financial, emergency, or other high-stakes decisions.

No emergency calling

DIGITS Bridge is not a replacement for a phone, carrier dialer, or emergency service. Do not use it to contact 911 or any emergency number, and do not rely on it for urgent or life-safety communications.

Your data and configured services

DIGITS Bridge does not provide a developer-operated account backend, analytics service, or remote data store. App-managed information stays on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. T-Mobile must process telecom traffic to provide DIGITS service, and optional services you configure may process information you send to them. You are responsible for protecting local files, credentials, backups, and any network access you enable.

Preview software and availability

No public release is currently available. When made available through TestFlight, preview builds may contain features that are experimental, incomplete, or unavailable on some devices or accounts. Calls, messages, faxes, transcripts, recordings, notifications, and automations may fail, arrive late, or report an uncertain result. Always verify important communications through an appropriate independent method.

Third-party services

T-Mobile DIGITS, Apple services, model providers, voice providers, and other tools you choose are separate services governed by their own terms and privacy policies. DIGITS Bridge is not responsible for those services, their availability, their content, or changes they make.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DIGITS Bridge is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, compatibility, accuracy, delivery, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost communications, data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill arising from use of or inability to use the app. Any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the amount you paid for the app, if any.

Changes and ending use

These terms may be updated as the app develops. The effective date above will change when revised terms are published. You may stop using the app at any time. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users, services, or the project from misuse.
