Privacy Policy
DIGITS Bridge is designed to keep the information it manages on your device, under your control.
Effective September 29, 2026
DIGITS Bridge does not send personal information to, or store personal information on, servers operated by the app's developer. App-managed messages, call records, transcripts, recordings, voicemails, faxes, settings, and logs are stored locally on your device.
What this policy covers
This policy covers the DIGITS Bridge macOS and iOS apps and the digitsbridge.app website. DIGITS Bridge is an independent companion for T-Mobile DIGITS and is not affiliated with or endorsed by T-Mobile.
Information the app keeps locally
Depending on the features you use, the app may keep the following information on your device:
- DIGITS session credentials and selected-line information in the operating system's secure credential storage.
- Messages, call history, voicemail information, recordings, transcripts, fax documents, attachments, and conversation history.
- App settings, assistant instructions, contact matches, recent requests, and diagnostic logs.
This information is not uploaded to a DIGITS Bridge account because no such remote account or storage service exists. Your device security, backups, and any device-sync features you enable remain under your control and may be governed by Apple or your backup provider.
Information sent to provide a feature
Keeping app-managed data local does not mean a phone service can operate without a network. When you sign in or use your line, the app communicates directly with T-Mobile DIGITS. T-Mobile may process authentication details and the call, message, fax, voicemail, and line information needed to provide its service. T-Mobile's terms and privacy practices apply to that processing.
If you choose an optional assistant, voice, model, automation, or MCP service that is not running locally, the information needed for that feature may be sent to the service you configured. The app does not enable a developer-operated relay for that traffic. Review the configuration and privacy terms of any optional service before using it with personal information.
Device permissions
The app asks for operating-system permission only when a feature needs it. Depending on your device and choices, this can include microphone, speech recognition, contacts, notifications, photos, and files. These permissions support calling, transcription, contact labels, alerts, and attachments. You can review or revoke them in system settings.
Website data
The website is a static product site. It does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, user accounts, contact forms, or a DIGITS Bridge database. Like any website host, the hosting and network providers may receive routine request data such as an IP address, requested path, browser information, and request time to deliver and protect the site.
Sharing and sale
The developer does not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising. Information leaves your device only when needed for a service you use, when you choose to export or share it, or when your device, carrier, or configured provider handles it as described above.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored information remains until you remove it through the app, sign out where the sign-out flow removes it, delete the related local files, or uninstall the app. Some operating-system backups may retain copies according to your backup settings. T-Mobile and optional providers control their own retention.
Security
DIGITS Bridge uses operating-system protections such as secure credential storage and app-scoped local files. No software can guarantee absolute security. Keep your devices, operating systems, and account credentials protected, and restrict any network access you explicitly enable.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the app develops. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Questions can be raised through the project support channel where you obtained the app.
